Ingredients
1large canChopped Yams
1cupLiquid from Chopped Yams
1/2CupSweetened Condensed Milk
1EggOptional
1/4CupBrown Sugar
1/4tspCinnamon
1/2CupShredded Sweetened Coconut
2tbspMargarine
1cupMiniature Marshmallows
Instructions
Combine and mix all ingredients except coconut and marshmallows with hand mixer until smooth. Fold in shredded coconut. Place mixture in casserole dish and cover with the marshmallows.
Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
