Sparkling French Martini

A Sparkling French Martini is a festive, bubbly twist on the classic cocktail, combining vodka, Chambord (black raspberry liqueur), and pineapple juice, topped with sparkling wine. It is shaken with ice for a frothy texture, strained, and finished with champagne or prosecco for a sweet, tart, and effervescent drink.

Notes

Tips for the Best Results
Fresh Pineapple Juice: Using fresh pineapple juice ensures a better, thicker foam (froth) on top of the martini.
Chill Glassware: Place your martini glasses in the freezer for 10–15 minutes before serving to keep the drink cold longer.
Balance: If it is too tart, add a tiny bit more Chambord; if too sweet, add a little more vodka or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
