Smoked Jalapeño Cheddar Cornbread with Honey Drizzle
This is a great looking recipe that I lifted from the Traeger BBQ group on Facebook
Cook Time 30 minutes minutes
Servings 1 Loaf

- 1 Jiffy Box Cornbread mix
- eggs Number indicated by mix
- milk Amount indicated by mix
- 1 can Corn Drained
- 1 Jalapeño Chopped
- ½ Cup Grated Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
- Honey for Drizzle
Preheat Traeger to 350°
Prepare Cornbread mix according to directions, add grated cheddar cheese and chopped jalapeño.
Pour mix into a BBQ safe Loaf pan
Cook at 350° for about 30 minutes.
Remove loaf from Traeger and poke several holes into the cornbread.
Drizzle honey onto warm cornbread and serve.
