Ingredients
Chopped Fresh Chivesoptional
1/2cupCalifornia Sun Dry Sun-dried tomatoes 100% vine ripened julienne cut with herbs
1/8tspPepper
3/4cupsmoked Almondsor 3/4 cup toasted almond slivers and add 1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke to the milk for smoke flavor
1French bread baguette10-1/2 ounces
2tbsp2% milk
1cupSharp Cheddar cheeseshredded
1cupshredded Swiss cheese
3/4cupWhipped cream cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth.
Add 1/8 teaspoon of liquid smoke to the milk If using toasted almond slivers.
Stir in cheeses, almonds, sun dried tomatoes and pepper;
spread over bread slices.
Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake until cheese is melted, 10-12 minutes.
