I’m a huge fan of Sandra Lee’s Semi-Homemade recipes and this one tops my list. Especially during the holidays. What a time saver! I purchase store bought mash potatoes and add Parmesan cheese, pepper and garlic. No fuss and super easy.

Prepare potatoes according to package directions. Spoon potatoes into a serving bowl. Stir in cheese, pepper and garlic until well combined. Serve pan gravy over potatoes.
