Savory Turkey and Cranberry Crescent Ring

Turkey and cranberry sauce belong together—and a warm blanket of golden crescent dough makes the pairing even better! This recipe combines shredded turkey with sweet-tart cranberry sauce, Parmesan, green onions, and thyme for a savory filling with a little holiday sweetness. Refrigerated crescent rolls keep the preparation simple: spread on the filling, roll up the dough, and slice into individual portions before baking. The result is tender turkey tucked into buttery pastry with lightly crisp, golden edges. Serve warm as a holiday appetizer, bring a platter to a gathering, or pair a few slices with a green salad for an easy lunch. It’s also a welcome way to give leftover turkey a second appearance at the table.
