Rolo Stuffed Ritz Crackers

  • Cookie sheet

Ingredients

  • 40 Ritz crackers
  • 20 ROLO candies unwrapped

Instructions

  • Place 20 Ritz crackers with the top side down on a Parchment paper lined cookie sheet, then place a ROLO candy in the middle of each cracker.
  • Place the cookie sheet in the oven at 350 degrees for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until the ROLO just begins to melt, then remove the cookie sheet from the oven, and place the remainder of the Ritz crackers on top of the ROLO's and press the crackers together.
  • Let the crackers stand for 5 minutes before serving. Store in air tight container. Enjoy.
