Lemon Cream Filling

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 4 tablespoons lemon curd

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cream and confectioners’ sugar. Beat at high speed with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Add lemon curd, beating just until incorporated. Use immediately.
