Lemon Aioli
The perfect aioli to serve with crab cakes.

Ingredients

cup
mayonnaise
Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
2
Tbs.
fresh lemon juice
1
clove
garlic
minced
Fine sea salt and freshly ground pepper
to taste
Instructions
To make the aioli, in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice and garlic.
Season with salt and pepper.
Set aside 1/4 cup of the aioli.
Cover and refrigerate the remaining aioli until serving.
