Lemon Aioli

The perfect aioli to serve with crab cakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Fine sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  • To make the aioli, in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice and garlic.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Set aside 1/4 cup of the aioli.
  • Cover and refrigerate the remaining aioli until serving.
