Lemon Aioli
The perfect aioli to serve with crab cakes.
Servings 1 /2 cup
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Fine sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- To make the aioli, in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Set aside 1/4 cup of the aioli.
- Cover and refrigerate the remaining aioli until serving.
