4tablespoonsgarlic herb butter
1 1/2poundslarge shrimppeeled and deveined
1/4teaspoonkosher salt
1/4teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high. Place butter in pan, then add shrimp; cook 4–6 minutes or until pink and opaque.
Season with salt and pepper.
Other Preparation Methods
Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine 1 1/2 lb shrimp and 3/4 cup mild Buffalo sauce on a baking sheet. Bake 6–8 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque. Top with 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese.
Boil: Bring enough water to cover shrimp to a boil in a stockpot. Add 3 tablespoons seafood seasoning and 1 1/2 lb shrimp to water; bring to boil 3–5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque. Serve with melted butter.
