Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Garnish:

  • Lemon wedges
  • Additional chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Shrimp: Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic,
  • Parmesan, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Arrange on the Baking Sheet: Spread shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet for even cooking.
