Ingredients
- 2 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 1 oz Coconut Rum
- 1 oz Cream of Coconut
- Splash of Pineapple Juice Optional
- Garnish: Shredded Coconut for rim, Marshmallow (for tail)
Instructions
- Rim a martini glass with honey, simple syrup, or marshmallow fluff and dip it into shredded coconut.
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well for 15-20 seconds until cold.
- Strain into the prepared martini glass.
- Top with a marshmallow for the "tail".
