This no-bake chocolate swirl delight is layered with Swiss cake rolls, rich instant chocolate fudge pudding, and fluffy Cool Whip for an easy, irresistible dessert.

Ingredients
1-1/2packages13 ounces each Swiss cake rolls
2-3/4cups2% milk
2packages3.9 ounces each instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
2cupswhipped toppingOrigional Cool Whip
Instructions
Cut each cake roll into 6 slices; reserve any broken chocolate coating for topping.
Line a 9-inch springform pan with cake slices so that the swirl of cream and chocolate is on it's side and can be seen when you take the springform pan off, completely covering the bottom and sides.
In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes.
Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set.
Pour over cake. (spread onto bottom layer of cake rolls).
Cover with whipped topping.
Sprinkle with reserved chocolate pieces.
Refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours before serving.

Variations:
Follow the directions above and .....make it with Strawberry Shortcake Rolls and strawberry pudding as well as the Carrot Cake Rolls with cheesecake pudding. I saw this recipe in Simple and Delicious magazine and couldn't get over how cute this cake looked!
