Place the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high at 30-second intervals until melted and smooth, stirring after each interval.
Stir in the liqueur and almond extract. Chill, covered for 2 hours.
Roll the chocolate mixture into 1-inch balls and then roll in almonds coating completely.

If you don't like the nuts, they are also delicious rolled in coco-powder.
