Bourbon Maple Glaze

Ingredients

  • ½ cup bourbon whiskey
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Simmer bourbon for 2–3 mins to cook off alcohol.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and stir well.
  • Simmer on low for 15–20 mins until thick and glossy.
  • Let cool slightly, then brush over meat or use as a finishing drizzle!
