Bourbon Maple Glaze

Ingredients
- ½ cup bourbon whiskey
- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Simmer bourbon for 2–3 mins to cook off alcohol.
- Add all remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Simmer on low for 15–20 mins until thick and glossy.
- Let cool slightly, then brush over meat or use as a finishing drizzle!
