Semi-Homemade Parmesan Mashed Potatoes
I’m a huge fan of Sandra Lee’s Semi-Homemade recipes and this one tops my list. Especially during the holidays. What a time saver! I purchase store bought mash potatoes and add Parmesan cheese, pepper and garlic. No fuss and super easy.

Ingredients
- 1 24- ounce package refrigerated mash potatoes Simply Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions
- Prepare potatoes according to package directions. Spoon potatoes into a serving bowl. Stir in cheese, pepper and garlic until well combined. Serve pan gravy over potatoes.
