Semi-Homemade Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 24- ounce container refrigerated mash potatoes Simply Potatoes
- 1 3- ounce package cream cheese cubed and softened
- ½ cup sour cream Daisy
- ¼ cup butter cubed and softened
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1//2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- Garnish: fresh chopped chives
Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, place potatoes. Heat potatoes in microwave according to package directions, about 3 minutes. stir in cream cheese, sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic. Return to microwave, and heat at 1-minute intervals, until hot and creamy. Garnish with chopped chives, if desired.
