Semi-Homemade Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Another super easy and time saving creamy mash potato recipe that packs a lot of flavor. This semi-homemade recipe is perfect for the holidays or everyday meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 24- ounce container refrigerated mash potatoes Simply Potatoes
  • 1 3- ounce package cream cheese cubed and softened
  • ½ cup sour cream Daisy
  • ¼ cup butter cubed and softened
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1//2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • Garnish: fresh chopped chives

Instructions

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, place potatoes. Heat potatoes in microwave according to package directions, about 3 minutes. stir in cream cheese, sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic. Return to microwave, and heat at 1-minute intervals, until hot and creamy. Garnish with chopped chives, if desired.
