Quickie Pie (Fruit Cobbler)
I grew up eating this quickie pie made with apple filling, blueberries, blackberries and with peaches as one of my favorites. We topped the warm pie with milk, but vanilla ice cream would be outstanding. I’ve seen several similar recipes on line, one in particular was called Granny’s Blueberry Quickie Pie on Sparkle of Sunshine.
