ROASTED PEANUT BUTTER WINGS
These wings make Asian BBQ fusion perfection. Chicken wings are marinated with peanut butter, soy sauce and given a spicy kick with Sriracha, grilled hot and fast over hickory and topped with fresh scallions and peanuts.

Ingredients
- 3 LBS CHICKEN WINGS
- 1/4 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
- 2 TSP SRIRACHA
- 4 TBSP SOY SAUCE
- 4 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine peanut butter, Sriracha, soy sauce, Worcestershire, minced garlic and mix well.
- Combine wings and half of the marinade in a Ziploc bag and toss to coat. Reserve the remaining marinade. Place in the fridge and marinate 3-4 hours.
- When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on smoke with the lid open until fire is established (4-5 minutes). Set the temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed for 10-15 minutes.
- Place wings directly on the grill grate and cook 35-40 minutes flipping every 5 minutes until internal temperature of the wings registers 165 degrees F.
- Remove from grill and serve with reserved marinade to dip. Top with chopped peanuts and scallions if desired. Enjoy!
