Prosciutto & Pear Tea Sandwiches
These prosciutto and pear tea sandwiches are delicate, elegant, and perfectly balanced between savory and sweet. Layered onto soft white bread, thin slices of Anjou pear add crisp freshness and juicy sweetness, beautifully contrasting the salty, silky prosciutto folded in delicate ribbons.
Add A creamy spread made from freshly grated Gruyère and mascarpone forms a rich, velvety base, with nutty depth from the Gruyère softened by the mascarpone’s gentle tang. A drizzle of honey adds subtle sweetness, while ground black pepper brings a quiet warmth that ties everything together.
Finished with a garnish of fresh mint leaves, each sandwich gets a bright, aromatic lift that keeps every bite light and refreshing.
These tea sandwiches feel right at home at brunches, showers, or afternoon tea—simple ingredients coming together in a quietly luxurious way.
