Ingredients
- 1 oz pineapple juice 🍍
- 1 oz coconut rum 🥥
- 1/2 oz peach schnapps 🍑
- Splash of lemon-lime soda 🥤
- Ice 🧊
- Pineapple chunk for garnish 🍍
Instructions
- Shake: In a shaker with ice, combine pineapple juice, coconut rum, and peach schnapps. Shake until chilled.
- Pour: Strain into a shot glass.
- Top: Add a splash of lemon-lime soda for fizz.
- Garnish: Add a pineapple chunk on top or on the rim.
