Blueberry Lavender Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter Softened
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Dried lavender
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan. Stir in dried lavender and blueberries.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Blend in softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
