Blueberry Lavender Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Unsalted butter Softened
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Dried lavender
- 1 cup Fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan. Stir in dried lavender and blueberries.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Blend in softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
