The delightful peach flavor is perfect for summer, but it works as a fruity cocktail in any season.This Georgia Peach drink is a fruity peach cocktail with peach schnapps, rum and cranberry juice. It’s an idea we created for using peach schnapps leftover from a batch of Fuzzy Navels: and it turned out even better than that classic 1980’s drink! In fact, if you’ve got peach schnapps on hand, we’d heartily recommend this cocktail over that infamous retro one.
Servings 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 ounce* peach schnapps
- 1 ounce white rum
- 2 ounces orange juice fresh squeezed, or store-bought no sugar added juice
- 1 ounces cranberry juice
- Ice for serving (try clear ice!)
- For the garnish: fresh peach slice mint sprig (optional)
Instructions
- Add the peach schnapps, rum, and orange juice to an ice filled highball and stir. Gently pour the cranberry juice into the center.
- Garnish with peach slice and mint sprig.
