This drink has the perfect balance of juicy pineapple and coconut flavor, which is reminiscent of a tropical island.It’s the kind of cocktail that sneaks up on you because the fruity flavor overpowers the alcohol, making it a dangerously delicious drink.

Equipment
- 1 Cocktail Shaker
Ingredients
- 3 oz Coconut Rum
- 2 oz Peach Schnapps
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Red Cranberry Juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a ice filled cocktail shaker and shake for 20 seconds
- Strain contents into a Hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with Pineapple wedge and a cherry.
Notes
I usually make these by the pitcher because they go so fast.
Into a 50 oz pitcher add:
- 18 Oz Coconut Rum
- 12 Oz Peach Schnapps
- 12 Oz Pineapple Juice
- 8 Oz Red Cranberry Juice
