The Bob Marley drink is a rum-based cocktail. It is a layered drink, with the colors red, yellow, and green, which are also the colors of the Rastafari flag. Bob Marley was a key supporter of the Rastafari movement and the most well-known creator of reggae music. So that’s where the name comes from!

Ingredients
Bottom Red Layer
- 1 oz Grenadine
Middle Yellow Layer
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Coconut Rum
Top Blue Layer (Green if Pineapple Rum is yellow)
- 2 oz Blue Curacao
- 1 oz Pineapple Rum
- Garnish of choice
Instructions
- Pour Grenadine into a highball glass then fill with ice.
- Add Pineapple Juice & Coconut Rum to a cocktail shaker with a little ice and shake to combine. Using the back of a spoon strain into the glass as slowly as possible to disturb the bottom layer as little as possible.
- Add Blue Curacao & Pineapple Rum to your shaker and shake to combine. Using the back of the spoon strain into the glass as slowly as possible to disturb the bottom layer as little as possible.
- Garnish with pineapple slices and/or maraschino cherries or any fruit that sounds good to you!
