Ingredients
- 2 ½ oz. Hpnotiq
- 1 oz. White rum
- ½ oz. Lime juice
- ½ oz. Simple syrup
- ½ oz. Pineapple juice
- Cocktail cherry and lime slice for the garnish
Instructions
- Add ice to your cocktail shaker. Add Hpnotiq, rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and pineapple juice.
- Cover and shake well for about 30 seconds until well-mixed and cold.
- Pour the mixture into a martini glass or any other tall glass you have available. Garnish with cherry lime slices.
Notes
Hpnotiq is a sky blue liqueur invented in 2001, made with fruit juice, vodka, and Cognac. It became famous when rapper Sean Combs started to sell it at his restaurant chain Justin’s New York City.
