Olga’s Peanut Butter Frosting

A creamy peanut butter frosting that’s perfect on chocolate cakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup JIFF natural creamy peanut butter not crunchy
  • 2 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar
  • 10 tablespoons salted butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2/3 cup COLD heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • Cream together butter, sugar and peanut butter. Add vanilla extract
  • And salt to combine. Set aside.
  • Whip together the cold heavy whipping cream and peanut butter/butter mixture until smooth. This recipe yields enough frosting to ice 24 cupcakes or the top of a 13x9 cake.
