Olga’s Peanut Butter Frosting
A creamy peanut butter frosting that’s perfect on chocolate cakes.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup JIFF natural creamy peanut butter not crunchy
- 2 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar
- 10 tablespoons salted butter softened
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2/3 cup COLD heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Cream together butter, sugar and peanut butter. Add vanilla extract
- And salt to combine. Set aside.
- Whip together the cold heavy whipping cream and peanut butter/butter mixture until smooth. This recipe yields enough frosting to ice 24 cupcakes or the top of a 13x9 cake.
