Barb’s Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 13- oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup butter softened
  • 3 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Beat 11-ounces softened cream cheese and 1/3 cup butter in large mixing bowl. Gradually beat in 3 ½ cups sifted powdered sugar. Beat in 2 teaspoons orange juice and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon grated orange peel until fluffy.
