  • ¼ cup Italian-seasoned panko Japanese bread crumbs
  • 1 pound fresh green beans trimmed
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 cup shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Garnish: crushed red pepper

Instructions

Broil until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Garnish with red pepper, if desired.
