Grape Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- ½ cup coconut
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- 3 pounds seedless green grapes
- ¼ cup granulated white sugar optional
Topping
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup coconut
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Wash the grapes and dry thoroughly with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, almond and vanilla extract. Mix well using an electric mixer. Fold in coconut and pecans. Then pour this mixture over the grapes and toss together until all the grapes are coated. Chill in the refrigerator.
Topping
- Blend together brown sugar, coconut and chopped pecans.
- Sprinkle on top Just before serving.
