Cheese Munchers

Ingredients
- 1 6- ounce Nestle Butterscotch Morsels (about 1 cup)
- 3 tablespoons butter room temperature
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 8- ounce package cream cheese softened
- ΒΌ cup granulated white sugar
- 2 eggs room temperature
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare 9-inch square pan.
- Combine over hot (not boiling) water, butterscotch morsels and butter.
- Heat until melted and smooth.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs and nuts with a fork until mixture forms coarse crumbs. Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture for topping.
- Press mixture into a 9-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat until creamy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in flour and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour evenly over hot baked crust. Sprinkle top with reserved crumb mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Cool completely.
- Cut into 2 1/4 -inch by 1-inch bars. Refrigerate any leftover cookies.
