Quick and Easy Dessert

Ingredients
- Store bought butter pound cake
- Amaretto
- Swiss Vanilla or Vanilla Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
- Toasted almonds
Instructions
- Place 2 slices of butter pound cake on a plate
- Top with 2 scoops ice cream
- Sprinkle toasted sliced almonds on top of dessert
- Lightly drizzle Amaretto over assembled dessert.
Notes
To toast sliced almonds: Heat oven at 350 degrees. Place sliced almonds on a parchment paper lined pan and bake for 4 minutes. Do not burn. Remove from oven, cool completely and store in baggie so not to lose flavor.
