Tri Colored Rotini Salad

A Tasty side dish for any cookout or potluck.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Tricolor rotini pasta
  • 1/2 green bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 pkg pearl mozzarella from Publix
  • 1/3 cup red onion diced
  • 8 oz salami chopped
  • 1 cup Kraft Tuscan House Italian Dressing
  • 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook pasta al dente according to package directions. (7 minutes). Rinse under cold water and put cooked pasta into an ice bath.
  • Combine all ingredients except dressing in a large bowl.
  • Add the Dressing and toss until well mixed.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving

Notes

I cooked the noodles the day before and assembled 6 hours before serving.
