DIRTY MARTINI
A Dirty Martini is similar to the infamous Dry Martini. Its defining feature is a splash of olive brine to complement the typical one or two olive garnish. The name is thought to come from the cloudiness of the drink. Whether shaken, or stirred, this cocktail exudes class from any angle.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Stolichnaya Vodka
- 1 oz Di Padrino Dry Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Olive Juice I use Mezzetta Olive juice
- 2 Whole Green Olive
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with 2 green olives.
Notes
For a Very Dirty Martini add 1 oz of Olive Juice.
